Humans have long sought a Utopian world of peace and justice, free of crime, war and other evils. When men talk about building a better future, when they talk of solving the world’s problems, when they talk about peace and security, what is it they focus on? What do human beings generally perceive as the key or keys to a successful future? What do they perceive as the means to achieving a happier society? Or a better world? Whom and what do they look to for solutions?

What is the Kingdom of God
Jesus said we are to seek first the kingdom of God. If we are to seek first “the kingdom of God,” should we not understand clearly what the kingdom of God is? Is it in your heart? Is it going to heaven? Or is it something more real and tangible than you might have imagined. What does the Bible reveal about the “mystery” of the kingdom of God?
Feast of Trumpets: Christ as Judge
There are many facets to what is pictured by the Feast of Trumpets. Very prominent in what is pictured by that day is that God is a judge – that Jesus Christ, when He returns to the earth is returning in judgement. Binding and Loosing, Part 2
The idea that God gives to some individual or individuals unrestrained authority to make judgments that only he can make concerning salvation, condemnation, and matters of doctrine and law, reward and punishment, has been a cause of unbounded confusion and immense injustice for vast numbers of people.
What did Jesus mean when he said, “…whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven”? Indeed, did he even say such a thing?

How Will the World be Different When Christ Returns? (Part 1)
The world’s history has been one of oppression, warfare, famines, disease, and other evils that have plagued mankind. What the world needs is a new kind of government, a government not of Satan, nor of men, but of God, the benevolent Creator, and author of every blessing, including life itself (James 1:17-25; Acts 17:24-25). The time when that happens may not be far off, although no one on earth knows for certain the exact time when it will happen (Matthew 24:30-36).
How that future world will be different is the exciting and profoundly encouraging subject of a series of sermons, of which this is the first.
